The Rhymecology Game creators recognized that one of the main disconnects between therapists and "at-risk" youth is the inability for clients and therapists to find a common language in which to discuss deeply personal issues. Through years of work in mental health as well as the music industry, they discovered that hip-hop usually was an easy topic to discuss and that it would often lead to deeper, therapeutic conversations. Feeling it critical for other therapists to create their own "Rap Rapport", the Rhymecology Game was invented and is now available to the public for the first time.
All Rhymecology Products are meant to be considered another "tool" in the therapist belt and will be most effective when used by clinicians/counselors/teachers who work with youth affected by or living in hip-hop culture.
